Back up your e-mail address in Outlook Express.

Back up is one of the important action, or procedures. In addition to the important data, such as results of the work, work plans, the collection of photographs, music, the films up to the e-mail address. In the modern, e-mail is one of the most effective means of communication. There is also a who believe that the obligation to have it as a personal and the company.

One of the ways to avoid the risk, so that the e-mail data can be awakened and will be avoided because of the deliberate without an exit point from the virus or other issues, by the backup copy.

Here I use Microsoft Outlook Express 6 on Windows XP, to keep all my e-mails.

1.Open your Microsoft Outlook Express
2.Choose a folder, for example: inbox folder.
3.Click on "File" menu -> Folder Options -> Select Compact.
If you want to compact all your e-mail folder, choose Compact all folders.
4.After done. Click right on folder and select properties.
There is information on where this folder.
Normally, in C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\(63FEB487-DA0C-498B-A290-B4C809E76765)\Microsoft\Outlook Express\Inbox.dbx.
The e-mail folders Outlook Express has an extension. Dbx.
5.Copy the address of the e-mail folders.
6.Open Windows Explorer, and find this folder.
7.You can copy or move the folder or all your Outlook Express e-mail folders to other media such as CD or USB hard drive.
